Ashley Young (Owner / Manager / Groomer) Ashley has been caring for dogs (with them in turn caring for her) from a very young age. Her mother Gloria Garneau was the founder of Wintermist Kennels which naturally led to her growing up, grooming, showing and training purebred, registered Samoyeds with the Canadian Kennel Club. She went on to work professionally with dogs and has worked in the doggy daycare/overnight boarding industry since the age of 17 years. She has a love and compassion for all breeds and is a Certified All-breed Groomer. Ashley enthusiastically participates in dog sports including agility, obedience, and conformation shows.

When we were searching for dog daycare and overnight boarding for our own dogs, we were disappointed to find most facilities were either unclean, left the dogs alone for 12 or more hours in their kennels messing up house training routines, or had very inexperienced staff. WE ARE DIFFERENT!
We will care for your pet like he/she was ours. We'll keep the facility as clean and odor-free as possible. We will never leave your pet alone in a kennel - we even stay overnight! We will maintain a level of safety that exceeds your expectations and your pet will be happy and content when you pick them up!
